Forget the birds, it's all about the bees! Today from 10am until 1pm is the Honey Festival at the Embarcadero. For the naturalists out there, the owner of Marshall's Farm Natural Honey will be there to answer question and five advice on how to create, tend to, or choose the greatest batch. Honey will be for sale so bring your wallet. Feel free to sample along the way and snatch up your favorite rare concoctions before they're all gone.

Springtime in the Mission - Kids Entertainment
1050 South Van Ness Ave., San Francisco
1 - 4pm

This event is especially for the kids and all proceeds are going to benefit Mission Kids Coop preschool. Your kids will enjoy live music and entertainment as well as food and drink. For the adults you can enjoy a great silent auction and a $5 raffle to win a full wine cellar. Perfect for the wine aficionado.


The Brides of March - Parade

If you've ever been a bride, and your dress is now collecting dust, here's a way to put yourself on display in it one last time.  It's the 13th Annual Brides of March, march! Get that old wedding/bridesmaid/thrift store dress out of your closet and stroll through Union Square with the rest of them. Grab a few bar drinks on the way and you're set for a great day.

Hella Gay Dance Party

If your day hasn't been goin too great or you're just looking for a place to end your Saturday night right, stop by the Hella Gay Dance Party at the Uptown Night Club. Every 3rd Saturday you can expect to make a comeback. Tonight's guest DJ is Booty Klap. There's a $7 cash only cover but once you're in  you probably won't want to leave. Take some time to undwind on the dance floor and soon you'll lost track of time.
