8th Annual San Francisco Ocean Film Festival
Theater 39
Pier 39, San Francisco

Things are different under the sea, and the SF Ocean Film festival to show you that. Pier 39's Theatre 39 is showcasing several inspirational films about the wonders beneath the water. Shows are scheduled throughout the day and tickets are relatively cheap and available online. This is a great, educational event for both kids and adults so be prepared to learn.



Tri-Fest 2011 - Kicking off Triathlon Season
Sports Basement

If sports are your life, then you'll want to stop by the Sports Basement for the Triathlon season kickoff! Stop by and check out the latest in sports gear and apparel. Visit the booths of over 25 vendors and take some of the latest bikes out for a test drive. Enjoy a great raffle and free food. Event lasts from 10:30am until 3pm. Don't miss out.


2nd Sundays - Dance Performance
CounterPULSE

It's the 2nd Sunday again at that means free dance performances at CounterPULSE. Today's performance is featuring the David Herrera Performance Co, little seismic dance company and Anna Martine Whitehead. See some professional dancers in action and appease your inner ballerina. Show starts at 2pm.


Cultural Diversity Celebration
Golden Gate Park Bandshell
55 Music Concourse Dr., San Francisco

From 2:30 till 4:30pm come out for a cultural extravaganza. Experience dance, music, storytelling and poetry from all different cultures. See some great performances for free at Golden Gate Park at the Bandshell. Check it out.
