9:00 AM / Comments (0) / by BayScope

It is Thursday, and the event I've personally been waiting for has arrived. Today is the start of the Annual Macword conference lasting until Saturday. Apple products galore! Also, tonight you'll have the chance to understand why so many people dream of running away and joining the circus. End it all with a great themed party and you will have had a successfully eventful Thursday.

Macworld Expo 2011
Moscone Center West Hall
747 Howard St., San Francisco 10-6

It's that time again where Apple put's all it's latest products and ideas on display for the world to see! I myself am an Apple fan and will be attending the expo. If you haven't gotten your ticket to attend already then you can get it at the door for $10. Expect to see tons of new exhibits, people and demonstrations all about Apple. Doors open at 10am and close at 6.

Really Raw As Flux - Food Sampling & Aerial Performance
Jellyfish Gallery
1286 Folsom St., San Francisco  8-10

So "Raw as Flux" is a monthly showcase put on by students studying and practicing the art of aerial silk. This event starts off with food sampling and ends with a performance of "untamed, uncut, death-defyingly, sexy, elegant, & over the edge aerial art." Be prepared to be highly entertained. Event is on a sliding scale starting at $10 so be there early for the cheaper price. Doors open at 8pm.

Cat Club 80's Party
1190 Folsom St., San Francisco  9-3

If you didn't grow up in the 80's here's your chance to experience what you missed out on. Tonight from 9pm till 3 you can relive The Breakfast Club and dance the night away in 80's attire. Doors open at 9pm and if you're there before 9:30 you can skip the $6 cover. There are also $1 drinks before 10pm, another reason to get there early. Enjoy.
