Thanks to the celebration of Presidents Day, a 3 day weekend is upon us! For most of us, Monday is an extra day to be productive, go out, or just relax. If you haven't thought that far in advance, don't worry. A great weekend is best enjoyed one day at a time. Check the calendar for more events, but for now let Friday commence!

Friday Nights at the de Young - Ancient Mexico

The de Young Museum has a new exhibit on display; "Olmec: Colossal Masterworks of Ancient Mexico." Tonight's event is all about celebrating the ancient culture of Mexico. Starting at 6pm there will be live traditional music, hands on crafts, authentic costumes & some great performances. Prepare to be totally immersed in the Olmec culture. Get your tickets online and come celebrate.

What's more fun than a Disco? A Disco on Skates! The SF Indie Fest is hosting tonight's Roller Disco party at the CellSpace! Event is for the 21+ crowd and costumes are highly recommended. The skates will be provided by the Black Rock Roller Disco so bring yourself, your tie dye, and you best moves. Skating starts at 8pm and lasts until the cows come home (around 2am).


SF Beerweek 2011 - Free Willy & Special Release Party

It's amazing how many different venues are holding special events in celebration of SF Beerweek. If you had a chance to indulge yet, take the time tonight. The Kingfush Pub invites all to attend their special "Free Willy" event with no cover charge!
