Black History Month isn't over just yet. The Mandela Foods Co-op is bringing the pubic together for some food, fun, discussion & family. Today is all about remembering Dr. George Washington Carver and his rise as the man who discovered the peanut and all it's many uses. If you're black history is a but dusty, definitely come to this event for a touch up.

All fashionista's looking to enhance their wardrobe's should be here at this free event for the public. LOFT 1513 is bringing the drinks and snacks for a great party/sale. There will be a live DJ as well as a Live-window fashion presentation. You have the option to either dance or shop the night away. Choose wisely. Featured designers are IKohl, Nneka, Sofie Olgar & RAG-DOll. Event starts at 6pm and lasts till 9.  

  A Sensory Feast

Today is the last day of the Sensory Feast food exhibition, a mix between Food art and Asian American identity. Come see, smell and taste how upcoming Asian American artists make and mold food into works of art pleasing to all five senses. Tonight's closing reception is a discussion so be prepared with your questions for the artists. Event is free and lasts from 7pm to 9pm.

 It's time to flash back into the past with the GLAMTASTICA  70's & 80's Glam Rock Revival! Dress up in your best costume to compete for VIP table service. There's free drinks and entry between 9 and 10pm for all that RSVP so if you haven't already done so, now's the time. Cover is $10 after 10pm. The DJ will be spinning the classics: Iggy Pop, T-Rex, Mott & The Hopple, Love and Rockets and more! Party lasts till 2am.
