The Lafayette Art & Wine Festival, held each year on the third weekend in September, is the largest event in Lamorinda and one of the five biggest outdoor festivals in Contra Costa County. Over 50,000 attended in 2010, strolling among stalls of art, handmade crafts, sampling foods from top local restaurants, and enjoying quality wines and microbrews.
Air Fest 2011 - Trampoline Festival

Celebrate trampoline park House of Air’s first birthday by checking out trampoline tricks & daredevil-like demos at Airfest 2011 on Saturday, September 17 at their facilities in Crissy Field.
There will be free outdoor activities on Crissy Field, like live music, a parkour obstacle course, a silent disco and live graffiti art. Also be on the lookout for a special trampoline demo by Olympic Gold Medalist Jonny Moseley at this day of fun and flying high.
Spice of Life Festival
Shattuck Ave at Vine St., Berkeley

Enjoy tasty street food and neighborhood restaurant fare, make art with the Art is Moving project, listen to storytellers from the California Storytellers Association, and peruse eco-conscious and handcrafted arts, jewelry and clothing. Listen to local musicians, including the Berkeley High Jazz Band, Maya Kronfeld Group, Con Permisso, and Misisipi Mike (2011 Bay Guardian Reader’s Choice Singer-Songwriter of the Year) and sample micro-brews from Sierra Nevada, Mendocino and Bison in the Saul’s Deli hosted beer garden.
4th Annual Rock Make Street Festival

We are pleased to announce the 4th Annual Rock Make Street Festival will be held in San Francisco’s Mission District on Saturday, September 17th, 2011! The festival will feature two stages featuring all local and kids’ rock bands with over 100 arts and crafts vendors and food from local vendors!
