Art, Movies & Party 4/14

And the week goes on. Yesterday's weather was surprising but hopefully it didn't ruin anything.  Today's a new day full of art, movies and a launch party. It may only be Thursday, but that shouldn't stop you from partying like it's Friday.

The blue moon has risen, and the art walk has arrived. Take a stroll down Divisadeo to see what the Bay has to offer. Check out the blogsite for addresses to the individual shows from participating merchants. This seems like it will be a laid back event that will go well as long as the weather holds up.

There isn't anyone I know that will turn down a free party. Tonight's launch party at 111 Minna is

featuring Trackademics and the Honor Roll Crew, Mr Meyerz, DJ Design and co-hosted by Uptown Almanac. Lots to look forward to so stop by by between 6 and 9pm for a drink and a dance.

Solano 2 Drive In & Public Market

8pm - 11:30pm

If you haven' t had the drive-in movie experience, here's your chance. Tonight's double feature is free and has something both for the kiddies and the adults. Personally I enjoyed both movies so it was a win-win. Gates open at 6pm and the first films starts at dusk. See "Just Go With It" featuring Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler, and later "Tangled" the Disney interpretation of the fairy tale Rapunzel.
